I don’t shit where I eat so I don’t intend to escalate, but I flirt with this co-worker almost daily. First couple months I didn’t compliment/validate her at all, just held frame, was funny, and flirty. She did the same and never complimented me but was flirty with everything else. I started throwing a compliment out every few days and she’s starting to crumble into a very feminine/little girl-like state. She’s also started throwing out more compliments than I was. If validation is looked down upon, why is it paying off? Very curious.
