Why do women care so much about validation?

It really is a biological thing: Validation is for Women, what Sex is for men. What Porn is for Men, Social Media is for Women.

It's the default thing that women base their self worth on. Men can change their default, women can not.

That's why there are all these acceptance campaigns for women, because they want all their bad decisions validated by society, even by force. They can't fathom the idea, that maybe they should adapt, but rather the whole society must change their view to accomodate them

We as men only look for physical beauty in our partners, so think of this from a woman's perspective. To attract a man, she must be physically good looking otherwise he won't even think about approaching her; her physical looks are literally everything for her. So it's no wonder that women are constantly seeking validation, because they need to know that they are physically attractive

A mans validation is a gauge that women use to determine their own value(kinda like smv). The chick that can turn more heads simply by walking down a busy sidewalk has more perceived value than the chick who wears hoodies and sits in the back of the class with connect-a dots all over her face. At least thats what their hamster tells them anyhow

Because of motherhood. If baby is not providing signs of validation that mothers behavior is correct by feedback... it is likely baby will die or not grow to full potential etc.

Its biology.

Same goes for men. If you provide the family with something to eat and they all like it it is a good chance you have not brought something they will die if they eat it.

It is different but same.

Individualism and rationalism is the biggest lie there is. We are gene machines that play out ehat is written in the genetic code and our experience of personhood is an illusion. Language gave us ability to use words to describe ourselves and the process of doing that 'feels' genuine.

I’m pretty sure it’s because women are emotional creatures and view things through that lense. Unless a woman has a more secure attachment style from the start.. emotional creatures+insecurities=need for validation. Women are usually more out about their emotional need and seek validation from men to satisfy that. Men tend to view this as weak I think.. and usually go inward or towards objects to meet their insecurities.

Inherently, most women know they will never be as strong, capable, leading, dominant as most men. They crave validation to help them feel better.

The world is tough...and women make some pretty bad decisions, based on emotion and no logic...rather than work hard to improve, change behavior, learn from mistakes...they seek validation, to kinda offset their bad decision making.

Like women who choose abusive men over and over...instead of putting in the hard work to look at their choices and truly change them...let's validate how badly they're treated, by telling men they're evil and they should be putting women on pedestals.

This could classify as you looking for validation through positive reinforcement.

As a broader question, why do humans in general care so much about validation?

Increases the chance of human reproduction? Just a guess.

Historically, women needed the group to survive. Carrying and raising a child for 10 years is hard, and needs a lot of resources. She had to rely on the group to support her during this time, hence why having the acceptance of the group was critical. They still have this instinct, hence why most loners are men.
