Any advice on stopping these emotions and remaining stoic and red pill?

She chose to play that game. She lost and put on a show over it. Seems more like she was using sex to bait you into a relationship and now that she failed to get it out of you, she's upset over it. Women do this all the time. Any woman who has sex for those types of reasons is a woman who views sex as transactional, to get whatever they want. And any woman who sees things that way, is not a woman worth getting with them in for the long haul.

Don't let them fool you, women understand this completely the other way around. Just as so many of them love to say of men that being a "nice guy" or having "moral behavior" doesn't entitle them to a relationship or sex, well guess what, men aren't some vending machine that you put sex into and out comes a relationship. This shit's a war zone today, and she's one more casualty just like the rest of them.

You didn't want to be in a relationship with her. You don't exist to be some girls best option or her prince charming. Men learn very early, you don't always get what you want. Here is the problem that guys in here keep making. You dont know how to treat A plate like a plate. You spend time texting back and forth....going on dates....spending too much time together. Letting her sleep over....morning cuddles and shit

THAT IS NOT A PLATE. No wonder you both caught feelings and she pushed for a relationship. She was buying gifts because YOU LEAD her on. She thought there was a chance because you behaved like there was a chance.

A plate needs to know that she is a plate and be treated like as a plate(a woman you use for sex). You treat her like a girlfriend because your too scared that she will not accept being treated as only a plate...and maybe she won't accept it but at least you avoid shit like this..

Anyway....all is not lost, and she might even come back. In the future though, make your intentions more clear from the start. Women are better at not catching feelings if they know the deal. Many even enjoy it that your seeing others because it makes you high value .

Just be raw and real with what you want, don't sell them a dream just to sleep with them for a while.

If you didn’t work hard on yourself and make yourself the man that you are today, she wouldn’t even want to be seen in public with you. Crying for women is as easy as it is for us to get a boner. It’s not the end of the world and no one has the right to force or convince you to settle down.

Maybe I don’t feel as bad because I’m a Muslim and It’s completely normal for men to have more than one woman in their lives.
