To me one of the best things I've done is allow myself to mess up in social circumstances and not to think much of it. So what if you come across as a bit awkward? People are like that. Don't stress. If you mess up with that girl there are plenty more out there.

The anxiety comes from trying to do everything perfectly. Which the seduction community is a bit guilty for perpetuating. Yes, I understand the rules it teaches do help you, but they have to come naturally not like following a script. For them to come naturally involves a lot of fucking up.

Every community offers dance classes. Be it Swing or Salsa. Take them. Salsa is a very hands on dance and teaches you to lead. Your hands are all over her and it's a romantic dance. Trust me, a few classes or levels of this and it will remove ALL shyness you will have with women.

Wow.. i totally agree with all of this. Self confidence and self belief is everything. If you believe in yourself, so will everyone around you. They dont know what they don't see!

I cant tell you how important Number 3 and 5 are though. Speed dating is a great way to build confidence through exposure and meditation allows you to think through the noise.

In order to devolp true self confidence, is to become PRESENT! this is because when you are present int he moment, and in meditation, and breathing thru the nose, and calming the mind. YOU WILL NEVER BE OUT OF Character OR YOUR TRUE SELF. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION. why, because you will be in the moment, and nothing else matters, time stops. life happens anxiety dispears, along with depression. YOU will not be able to think about all the bad thoughts, and then once you realize it inst so bad, you will then choose not to ever go back to that place again . because you know you will be safe.
