I know/guess that hooking up is a lot easier to do, but any advice is welcome.

I am mainly confused as to how should I behave at different 'parts' of the 'relationship' with a girl and in general, I learnt that I was too 'needy' I guess, and always available (learnt this from my first rejection), had a few girls making it really obvious they were interested in me, but this was right after the rejection, so I didn't want to 'risk' it and try to make something out of it (also, they weren't probably the best type of people to be around and not necessarily my type)
