Hello everyone!

I am sorry to brag but man, I feel like THE MAN right now!

To set the context:
I have been having some issues with my rent amount for the apartment that I live in. When I was waiting for an agent to come help me, there were other people there waiting too (2 other girls and a guy).

To be honest, I have had to visit the rental office quite often in the past few days because I needed to. The girl who helped me throughout the process is kinda attractive but she seems like she has RBF or maybe because she was at work (and kinda frustrated with all my requests), so I didn't get any vibes from her and I let it go as I needed to get my rent amount taken care of first.

Cut to us waiting, one of the 2 girls (1st girl) was just moving in and she wanted to know how the current residents felt about living in my apartment building. She started asking questions to the other girl (2nd girl) but I also kinda got looped in mid-conversation. So all of a sudden, I was having a conversation with both the girls.

The "Approach":
So the 1st girl turns to me and goes "So how do you like living here? Do you like it?" I go - "I mean I am here to renew my lease so that should tell you something. And I work from home most of the time so I enjoy the spacious rooms, the view from my balcony etc." Then, the 2nd girl (the cute one) went "Saaammeee!!" I go - "Ohh cool, what do you work as?" And turned out both of us worked in the tech industry.

I jokingly said, "Hey, are you guys hiring right now? Cause I am looking for a new job. And from what I have seen, I would have much better chance at getting an interview if I "network" rather than mindlessly apply to jobs online." She went "Yeah of course we are hiring!"...and then gave me some more details about the job role etc. etc.

Since I was going back and forth between getting my lease renewal taken care of by the "bi+chy" receptionist (bi+chy to me a couple of times before but kinda decent today) and talking to the 2nd girl, I kept walking back and forth to the girl. Finally, when all my paperwork was taken care of and the receptionist stepped away to print some more papers, I saw the opportunity and walked up to the girl.

I went - "Hey! Do you mind if I grab your contact so we can stay in touch and I can maybe get to apply to your job?" She went - "Yeah, we have a referral program as well and I can talk to my HR too if you want". As she was saying that, I just pulled up the Phone app and gave her my phone. She saved her number in there with the name and gave it back to me.

I walked back to the receptionist because she called me over to check something on the paperwork - but this time I noticed that she was acting less bi+chy, she couldn't hold eye contact with me, she was stuttering, even repeating stuff that didn't make sense to herself and started laughing at herself goofily and kinda awkward. (I always look into people's eyes when they speak to me out of habit - but especially with women - I love to do that for some reason because then, I have noticed that they start to flirt with me a little and we go back and forth bantering and saying silly things to each other lol)

The 1st girl was sitting at the receptionist table and just kept staring at me and the guy who was also in the convo earlier just watched it ALL happen and didn't even move a finger through out the whole interaction between me and the 2nd girl!

I texted the 2nd girl's number right there and right then and she liked my message. Then she sent me the name of her consulting agency and I liked it back. After that, I said "{Woman's name}!" as I extended my hand for a hand shake - "It was really nice meeting you!" "Nice meeting you too!", she said. I go - "Alright, I'll see you then!" and walked out of the office. And I have not sent a text message or my resume or whatever I find out from that agency that she gave me (she asked me to check out their website to see if I'd be interested in any positions)

I may not even apply to her job or whatever, but the feeling that I got from that interaction as I was walking back to my apartment was MAD!!!! I felt like THE MAN and I thought to myself, "how can I turn this "ohh, I just wanted to get your referral for a job" into actually hanging out with her and maybe even having sex?"

I don't even know what people refer to as "Day Game" but if this is "Day Game" then, sign me up because honestly, this was a lot easier than trying to approach drunk girls at a nightclub and trying to get them to twerk on you and maybe come back home with you the same night (which is my goal - To pull a 10/10 baddie back to my place the same night) - so any advice around that would be really appreciated as well!

TLDR: Got a girl's phone number at my apartment's leasing office asking her if she could refer me for a position at her tech company! I kind of felt a vibe during the conversation and she was pretty attractive so I want to turn this connection into flirty/dating/f#cking...whatever.

Question: How can I do that? Any help is sincerely appreciated, thanks everyone!
