Question 1. This is a shit test. I think you need a little background about them, but don't want to dive into them too deep so here's a quick overview of shit tests:

Pretty much any time a girl asks you something or says something that you don't really know how to respond to, it's probably a shit test. With a shit test, there are only 2 ways to respond: ignore it or mock it. Ignoring it means giving as little response as possible or redirecting the conversation. Using your example "we are friends right?" you could say something brief like "sure why not" and then bring up something else. In this example you probably don't want to ignore her comment completely, so just acknowledge it and move on. Mocking it usually involves what's known as agree and amplify, basically meaning you accept her shit test and then use an extreme example to defeat it. There's a good response to your example in another comment, "awww you're just like my little sister" which basically turns her shit test back on her.

Lots of guys ask "why do women give shit tests?" and the simple answer is because shit tests are extremely effective at determining your social and emotional competence. She wants to rattle your cage a bit to see if it spooks you. When you got asked that and responded "I'm not interested in being friends" you fail the shit test by looking like a wannabe fuckboy, and when you respond "are you friend-zoning me? you can trust me with a secret" you fail miserably because you look like a weak and whiny loser.

So how do you pass them? First off, you have to remember that most guys think logically, and shit tests are not logical. She doesn't actually want a "correct" answer, in fact if you even answer the shit test at all you fail. What she really wants is to see how you react to it. When you ignore her shit test, you're demonstrating that it doesn't affect you and that you aren't going to dignify shit tests with a response. When you mock her shit test, you go one step further and show her that you will not put up with her shit tests and you will turn them back on her. This is clearly better, so you want to do it whenever possible. Just remember, agree and amplify. Accept her shit test then exaggerate it to stupidity.

Most importantly, keep in mind that passing shit tests is very attractive. If she's giving you shit tests, don't be offended, it means she's attracted to you and every shit test you pass just make you better and better.

Question 2. Remain mysterious and spontaneous. Keep sexual tension high with push-pulls. One common mistake is thinking that just because you've already gone for some dates and/or had sex, you no longer have to worry about sexual tension or intent. You still want to avoid small talk and the dreaded 30 minute conversation to nowhere just like when making a first approach. What you want to do also depends a bit on what you want out of the interaction. If you're looking to be friends with benefits, keep things sexualized. Make lewd jokes/comments, say sexy things, etc. If you're looking to move toward a relationship, you want to escalate just like you do in a first interaction, except instead of escalating physically you want to escalate your connection to one another. Gradually, but steadily nonetheless, deepen your connection with her by having meaningful conversations and developing trust and commitment.

Sounds like she’s asking if she can trust you is all and just wants to share something, maybe a story, with you haha. Don’t come off too strong and drop something like no I don’t want friendship on her. Just be fun with it and tease her “Im still here talking to you right?? laugh why what’s up?” Or just say “yeah why what’s up?”

Make it comfortable for her and be cool so she’ll want to meet up with you again. Then after this opening conversation and it gets more serious, you can let her know more what your intentions are.
