So I'm mostly a PUA / seduction noob, although I've read and watched a lot of material over the last few years. I consider myself to have a strong understanding of psychology and emotion, but I don't put it into practice and get AA, but also am skeptical on some common things that "mPUA" say, so I'm hoping the more experienced people here can resolve these for me.

1) Many of the kinds of openers that Mystery tells as examples (or even other PUAs) are rehearsed. This makes it easy for someone who can't think of anything to say at all (to anyone), however, surely over time smart girls (quality girls) will easily be able to notice most of these openers and realize what's happening, right? Or does it work so well (if you behave properly) that they don't know or care?

2) My take on the above is that when I talk to women I should talk about situational type things, since that way nothing is canned. However some PUAs say not to stalk about situation things.

3) If your goal is to meet a girl and f-close quickly, it seems like acting like someone else (an interesting, powerful, badass) and telling stories would work. But if you date a woman long term, it seems like this won't work at all since over time most everyone would revert back to their normal personality type. Introverts will go back to being introverts.

4) If my suspicions are correct, it would seem that if you actually want to meet a quality girl and date her, you can either a) become a different person (takes a long time), or b) you can just find a girl that has a personality type that would make her naturally feel like she has less value than you (shy as well, etc...).

5) How well does peacocking work? If it does end up working, what is your girl going to think if she realizes you only peacock when going out, etc.

6) What do you guys think about David Wygant versus various mPUA? It seems to me that his stuff is much much more reasonable, since he promotes simply becoming a different person and growing to be someone that everyone wants to be around. If males want to be around you and you exhibit power, girls will want you.
