Sup. I have a question regarding the concept of vulnerability. I took it from Mark Manson's (Models) and I would like you guys to help me with it.

Mark talks about being ready to make myself vulnerable, getting ready to get rejected, getting ready get criticized. He talks about being okay with who I am and not letting other's people perception take over mine.

Now there's a problem. What if there are some shameful things that I don't want to share? Things that I am afraid of telling to people? For example, I am afraid of telling people I smoked marijuanna, I am afraid of telling people that I lost my virginity to a hooker.

I am afraid of people knowing that I lost my virginity to a hooker, the act is not really socialy acceptable and I don't know what to do. Think about it, if I am afraid of telling people that I did it then it is neediness, I am afraid of their perception of me, aren't I?

I really like the book and I want to be vulnerable, I think it's great, but maybe I misunderstood it.
