I've been going out recently to practise all this stuff I've been reading and there's one thing that been bothering me.

I'll start by saying I don't have a fear of rejection, or more accurately when I get rejected I don't care; I just move on.

However I find that after I get rejected, eject my self or do something that means that I am alone with no destination to go to I get really self concious about the fact that I am alone (which is how I generally go out) and I feel that everyone is looking at me differently becouse I am alone.

This ends up hurting me later on as I get too in my head as I think people are judging me. So I end up just walking laps, hiding and it sort of spirals.

Has anyone else had issues like this and how did you get over it. Or is it just a mental issue that I need to tell myself to get the fuck over it.

I think if I know that I'm not the only one that suffers with it I can use it to logic my brain into not giving a shit.
