We were always thought to avoid strangers because they might rob us or harm us, but that is fiction, it never happens. A lot of people have a screwed up perception of the reality, and this perception effects their lives negatively, mostly in the form of anxiety. I had anxiety for most of my life and it definitely stopped me from interacting with people espacially women. But now as an "adult" I have gained enough awareness to realize the truth and the truth is that you should interact with everyone.

Talking to strangers in the middle of the street "daygaming" is both a freightening experience but at the same time an eye opening one. Solo daygame can either be a mentor to help you understand social dynamics or it can destroy your self-image and drag you back into your mancave, but that is your choice. The duration that it takes to learn this skillset and develop that social awareness is probaby longer than you might think. But... but there is reward. If interacting and having adventures with beautiful girls isn't enough, you also get to learn how to socialize, in all types of situations, with all types of people; you basically hack the matrix.

You will be freightened at first, but eventually you'll learn to recognize and overcome your fears. The biggest thing that stops guys from daygaming is approach anxiety, and this fear predates to caveman times, where you'd basically get a rock smashed over your head if you were to "pick up" another males campanion. You cannot avoid this feeling because it is something that is hardwired into your brain, but what you can do is recognize this and push through it.

There is no magical pill that will make you approach, you don't have to be a natural to approach either, all you have to do is talk to people often, and each time challenge your comfort zone. Every time you push past your comfort zone you will feel more comfortable in social situation, if you're brave go ahead and approach a girl right away but for people that are most likely introverted and not keen in social situations you need to practice. Start with direction openers, then recommendations, and later short convos, you'll eventually start to feel more comfortable when interacting with stranger and when you do, you can step it up a bit.

The first direct approach is a bitch but the rewards are truly magnificant.

You will eventually get bored of direction openers and that pussy shit, and so you'll want to step it up a bit. I would recommend doing this is a place where people are sitting or walking around slowly, definitely not on a busy street. The direct opener is hard because you're basically putting your self-image on the line, and if the girl rejects you, your self-image will be shattered, or not? If your inner game is solid and you got your shit together than you'll be OK, but if you're a fragile little girl then rejection will be a painful experience. Once you notice a girl that you find attractive you will start to feel anxious and excuses will overwhelm your thinking, the first thing that you have to do is start walking towards the girl, just fucking move. The only effective way to overcome a fear is to confront it, and once you do confront it, you will most likely realize that this fear was just a misbelief. You don't need motivation, you just need to put yourself in the situation, and once you do, it will only gets easier.

The first direct approach might be shit, you probaby won't know what to say or even how to act, but that is okay, all you wanted to accomplish with the first approach was to overcome approach anxiety, thats it. Now you will have a reference that you can use to remind yourself that it's okay to talk to a hot girl and express yourself freely, remember you're not doing this for her. You are doing this for yourself. Now that might sound selfish but it really isn't, what is selfish though, is not going after what you want in life.

A lot of people think that motivation is the way to achieve anything, but like I said in my previous article, motivation is temporary. Descipline on the other hand is long-term, it might not feel as good, but it's the true way towards success. What I did in my life is I created a schedule of when I go out to socialize and when I work on other stuff. This keeps my head clear of all the excuses and it helps me focus on what I need to do. I would recommend going out at least three times a week for at least 2-3 hours. Sometimes you will feel like throwing in the towel but just remember why you're doing this, and how this will change your life.

I just recentley did my first approach, it wasn't any good of course, but it gave me the experience that I needed. And like I said, I have been going out for about two months to get to this point, but it was totally worth it. After that first approach I felt alive, clear and inspired. And now I have the balls to do it again and again, and eventually I will master the skill of daygaming.

Thanks for taking the time to read my article, I really appriciate it!
