There are just too many red flags from this post.

"Don't talk to people too much" - which sounds you are loner and not social. There is a high possibility that your colleagues and even she thinks exactly that.
"I am double face" - basically, what it means that you act differently when with friends/family and when with other people. Which indicates that you have insecurities, most likely social anxiety.
"I like girl in my office" - dating coworker is just never a good idea. Because rumours starts. This make you look less professional and people respect you less. Or even worse, if you break up with that person, then it becomes too weird continue working.
"She has hardly 2-5 friends" - first of all you don't know how many friends she has, but when it comes to coworkers, this seems normal.
"I have never had conversation with her other than Hi/Hello" - why are you not talking to your colleagues? Does not matter, if you like her/him or you don't. You should always do this. It helps in your work. Once you befriend people you can always know who to ask for help, and "skip the line", which makes you look productive, hence increasing chances for promotion.
"It is been 6-7 months I realised she is my crush" - it is too late. She thinks of you as just a weird colleague who keeps to himself. Now going to her and showing interest. Will make you look like a creep. It is not a movie.
"I am obsessed with her" - why? there are literally millions of other women. The reason you are obsessing with her is because you don't have much of experience, and in your head you create this unrealistic persona of her. Therefore, you are not obsessing over her, you are obsessing over the phantasy. Truth is, she is like everyone else. She takes a shit and she farts like rest of us.

My best advice for you is to forget about her. Go for a therapy to fix your social anxiety. Start talking with your colleagues, have more friends and go out more.

Two things that I take from your post.

you are too obsessed with this girl. I’m sure you don’t have a ton of succes with women, and are therefor getting stuck on a woman who’s somewhat attractive in your environment. This is a toxic mindset. And to be honest, I wouldn’t recommend following it up with her, but too start going out and talking to more women.
Because two, you’re suffer from social anxiety and/or the ability to express yourself freely everywhere. What you’re describing about the behaviour with your friends and without your friends indicates this. Again, I’d suggest going out and learning to approach people (man and woman!) and to express yourself freely and authentically

This post feels toxic in a way. “She hardly has 2-5 friends” bro do you stare at her all day to know this? She probably notices you looking at her and your saying you haven’t talked to her but she’s “average looking” yet your obsessed with her.

I’ll be blunt and say that you shouldn’t be talking like that about her when you can’t even have the courage to talk to her.

Maybe talk to her about work or something and build some rapport with her before asking her out, and of course make sure she hasn´t got a boyfriend. Also I would be very cautious cuz doing that at work can get you fired if she is not into you

Jeez dude I get having a crush but you might freak her out if you let this kind of energy loose around her. Its not endearing to be obsessive. My recommendation, if you really don't care about the office romance issue, is to just start a casual conversation during your break. Basic day to day life things and then change it up with something new. Poke fun at something about her outfit, ask her if she's went to the *insert name* concert, see what she's doing this weekend. Do some research on things going on in your area. Be interesting.
