Hard to say without knowing her personality. Could be her testing the waters to assess how compliant you are. If this is the case this will be the beginning for more request that will grow in size and frequency.

Otherwise, she just wants fries and since you guys are close it makes sense to ask you.

Honestly, it’s up to you. Do it if you want / if it’s not too inconveniencing. At this level there is not a lot of risk. Just be aware of what follows.
