One of my friends, 19, has never asked a girl out. There's been a lot of close calls, lots of girls who have had interest, but he's never nutted up and asked a chick out.

He's working with a girl who at least sounds somewhat interested and I'm encouraging him to ask her out. He wants to, but keeps saying, "maybe she'll find someone better" or "I'm just gonna sis out again".
