Just... don't approach women who look to old for your taste? What's the problem? Are you afraid you're going to find an attractive girl, seduce her, date her, and then oh-my-god-she's-25-I-have-to-leave?

Figure out if you are casual or serious first, and make sure the game you are running (including the way you treat women) is congruent with that choice. None of this changing your goals based on her age since your game is setup one way or the other. You have approach anxiety. approach 20 women by Sunday that seem to be in your age range. Besides older women will shit test you and you will fail the tests (based on what you have said), so they won't stick around anyway.
