I'm seeking to date and understand alpha women better; for my current situation and in general.

My work Lead, a 26 y.o alpha, is being mysterious or coy about my flirting with her.
I'm eventually quitting and trying to wife her up, but my alpha experience is poop and she's atypical.

I started taking her to lunch, complimenting her, and bringing treats (small valentine) The vibe is strong with similarly different tastes in hobbies, humor, and music.
Buut.. she neither encourages nor discourages me; despite having the confidence, power, & wit, to halt everything.

I can tell my lack of experience with alpha's is holding me back and it's a type I'd like to pursue more if this doesn't work out.

What are some general dating tips or ways to escalate & flirt with alpha women, especially one being reserved?
