Porn is not remotely the same. No eye contact, no emotional intimacy, no communication. A lot of healthy things that are present in a normal sex life.

I have to ask the question, for some of us, is this just a waste of time? For some of us who just creep out/scare the shit out of any women they meet?

All the guys that pioneered this stuff back in the day went through the same shit. Some of ones who got really really good and made a fortune teaching others didn't have any social skills to start and a few were virgins until after 20.

Try not to get too blackpilled. If you focus on the right things and develop yourself, you can flip the table around on the shit that is getting to you.

The shitty people in society will always be there but this stuff gives you the abilities needed to outclass them, outmanuever them, and ultimately learn how to keep them mostly out of your life so you can develop good relationships with good people

I've tried meditating but I have alot of trouble just sitting still. I want to give up. But my trouble is the whole point of WHY I need to continue doing it. Being bad at something is no reason not to do it.

I'm going to venture a guess and say this is how YOU view yourself. People tend to see us the way we see ourselves. In short, replace your bad self image with a better one and you'll start to see women seeing you differently.

first off your self image is all over the place here, stop calling or seeing yourself as subhuman. Have a bit of confidence in who you are, if you see yourself this way , that's how others will see you so start seeing yourself as a good guy and think about the positive things you like about yourself and focus on that. If you think that your being seen as sub human are you sure its not you assuming this ? And if someone actually really thought this about you , they as a person should really look at themselves because they have there own issues there hiding

Also the porn over sex comment I'd have to disagree. The end result may seem similar but it really isn't , one is a personal activity and the other is a connection with another human being which can't be imitated. Plus to much porn messes with your expectations of sex so be careful about that.

I see you have a few trust issues and I'm sorry you had to deal with some stupid girls fucking with you but not every girl is like that and you don't have to trust someone straight away but just give it a chance
