Fuck material, practice. When you're in the shit, you're not going to remember "Trip's or Mystery's 7 Rules to Get in Her Pants." All these dudes are saying the same shit in different ways and wanting you to buy their e-books, watch their vids, and join their "tribes."

You wanna get good never, slow, or fast?

Never - reading and watching tons of daygame stuff and never talking to any girls.

Slow - talking to 10 girls in 3 months.

Fast - talking to 1,000 girls in a month.

Go talk to 33 girls a day (or guys at first if your'e super shy) for 30 days straight, you don't miss any days, you don't go home until you've talked to 33 people.

That's 1,000 in one month.

You're approach anxiety will be mostly gone.

Even if you absolutely suck, you'll still get numbers, probably land a few dates, and almost guaranteed to have sex with at least a few girls - even if you start out as a VIRGIN.

I'm okay at day game but at the same time I do it rarely. I have some rules.

Never talk to a girl with intentions of something further. Try to talk to her and have a conversation and get to know her within the short time frame. If the conversation goes well and you are interested then proceed.
Never ask for the girls number always give your number out. This makes the situation more comfortable for the girl.

I've given my number out about 6 times and 5 times I have gotten a text, and most of time we end up meeting up. Try to have conversations with strangers starting out. I love talking to strangers, both men and women. This might be learned behavior since my dad is always starting conversations with strangers.

My night game is the absolute worst. It takes an incredible amount of courage for me to talk to a girl. I am trying to overcome this.
