I've been following seduction for a couple of years and it has been a great help (for short flings anyway) but I am finding it difficult to maintain the mindset I use to pick up when in a long term relationship. I was following the fake it till you make it mentality when gaming women. Be confident and fun. But once I date someone for over a month it becomes an exhausting facade. I feel like I took a short cut and am not addressing underlying problems which lead to my failure further down the road. I think this is a topic better suited for r/getdisciplined but this community has a way of breaking things down in a way I understand better.

I guess I am asking help for my inner game. How do I get into that permanent mentality? I am able to get random bursts of motivation and confidence but they quickly die down.

A bit about my natural self, I'm a bit introverted but hate being alone. I will be more comfortable at home with my dogs or on my laptop, but will also hate myself for it because I will begin to feel "stuck." I enjoy the person I become when I am trying to game. I'm constantly called fun and confident. I would like to maintain that but it becomes very draining and difficult. This makes me feel guilty for leading people to think I'm someone I'm not.
