If they have more xp (so almost never) they will be nice and you can ask him which one is which. - In game code

If they have less xp (so 99% of the time) they will try and block you out and you are free to cuck them

If two people are talking but you don't see them being intimate, you can say something like "Wow, he is a really lucky guy to have you. If you ever dump him, give me a call". Of course, say the last part jokingly, but they may end up saying "oh no we are siblings, or we are just friends, blah blah". Then if she appears open, you can chat for a few minutes and get to know them but then excuse yourself and don't linger too much.
