I'm improving a lot when it comes to getting over approach anxiety. I've worked my way up to approaching a minimum of 5 girls a day. The only problem I seem to have is that awkward moment when I run out of questions and things to say and things get silent. I usually go straight for the number after this... even if I think it's too soon. Women seem to be horrible at conversation as well, but men are the ones expected to keep it going since it's our job to "hunt".
