Walk towards beach
Approach female(s) and ask where the beach is
They will look at you like you're an idiot and point
You reply "I know, I was just seeing if you were a nice person."

Now, what comes after can vary. If they're walking away from the beach you can ask why they're not headed to that glorious body of oversized water where the beautiful mermaids are.

If they're walking towards the beach, you can ask where the hot spots are. After some fluff you can incline to meet up later. Ask them to kill some time with you.

Oh, and girls love burying dudes in sand. And 99% of the time they will sculpt a sand penis and give you boobs. You will tolerate this.

Since the only advice actually being offered here is to have an attractive upper body, perhaps I'll throw my advice into the ring:

bonfires. If I'm looking to game a little bit at the beach, I wait until a nice night, load a backpack with beers, and start strolling with a buddy. We find a beach fire going on, open as usual, toss out a free beer or two and you're in.

Also, hit the bars around the beach and invite them to your super exclusive VIP-only super classy beach fire afterparty.
