Best Source to learn game?

You might not want to hear this, but the best source is still the real world. People learn best from their mistakes, and the first hand experience. You can of course supplement with some theory, but you need to do the hard work in person and fail a lot to really internalize it.

Good question. It's very easy to say 'RSD' but there's a lot of RSD instructors, each with individual styles. I feel you can learn a lot from RSD but they can only take you so far.

To assess whether a coach is worth listening to, ask yourself:

Do you like them as a person? If not, best going somewhere else. You don't want to start becoming someone you don't like.
Do you want their results? Not just in terms of pulling, but in terms of life. It may be they go out 5 nights a week for 6 hours a time. Pretty much anyone will get results with that level of effort. Do you want that life, or can you find someone with a normal life who has the kind of success you want?
Do they seem happy and well adjusted? Do they seem calm when they speak, or overly manic?
In line with the above, what's the ideal endgame for you? Marriage and kids? Endless banging of hot girls? B first then A eventually? Look for someone who is on this path.

Find someone who embodies the results and the person you want to become and get them to coach you. It doesn't matter whether it's a video, bootcamp, online seminar, ebook or whatever.

Although if you can afford a good mentor it's definitely worth it (but only if you actually apply what they teach you. Then you said 'I did X and Y happened' and they guide you on what to do next. If you don't take action they can't help).

You just need to decide what you want from women (one night stand, girlfriend, date, etc). The idea of going out and approaching women can seem terrifying, especially when you don't know what you want. Sure, you can walk up and say hi, but then what? You're asking for tips to make food without picking a specific recipe you want, so of course the thought of cooking sounds crazy to you

There is no magical source to learn the game. They might show you their game, but what works for one doesn't translate to others.

To learn game. First -- look your best and feel confident. Second talk to as many girls as possible. If you are at a large party pick 5 to start a conversation. If she is interesting then keep trying. If she isn't move on. Third pay attention -- women are taught to be approached. When that doesn't work, she will try and hover. If you see a girl hovering, then talk to her. Let her know you are also interested and let the situation develop. If you are not sure, move away and see if she follows. Fourth -- never stop believing. You might be a guy that needs to talk to 10-20 girls before you find one that gives you the time of day. Accept that as the price of doing business and move along. Finally Fifth -- enjoy the game. Enjoy the process. Have a good time wherever you are. She wants to have a good time as well and you might be just the one to show her a good time.
