So I just started working and am around female co workers who I feel are attracted to me. I know how to carry myself calm, comfortable and confidently. When I first meet em, I ask a lot of questions trying to genuinely get to know them with a little bit of my input and stringing the convo along and them doing a lot of the talking.

What I want to ask is, after I get to know them a bit I don't really have much to say, how does conversation go after that? There's one girl who I can always have fun with and she makes just being around her fun. I want that with other girls too. I don't want to keep asking questions to make conversation, what other things can I do?

Edit: I just read that the type of things I ask are comfort building questions and I need to build attraction before comfort. I thought all this time, me genuinely trying to get to know her is building attraction. So I guess that goes back to my original question, how can I converse and have fun without asking questions?

I'm good at flirting, being witty and teasing when I'm in the zone but I've only been in it a couple of times but I guess my default way of interacting is asking questions and threading.
