Greetings, all. Do as the title says and you now have a wonderful Kino device that makes dates different and much more interesting.
I live in the PNW with plenty of access to great outdoor scenery. Naturally, many of my dates take place strolling around parks, going hiking, and other outdoor activities. All year I've been using my hammock for my own personal activities such as reading on campus or hillsides. I am disappointed with myself for not bringing it on a date sooner.
Without spending a block of text on the details, I brought the hammock on a date with a picnic dinner and it worked wonders.
Hammocks, by their very nature, bring the two of you together in the middle whether you are sitting or lying down. It's very hard to keep space between each other when gravity is pulling you together. This makes it incredibly easy to put your arm around her and work your magic.
TL:DR: Buy a hammock for incredibly easy Kino and making dates more interesting.
In terms of which hammock to buy, I'd recommend investing in a good hammock (like an Eno) made out of sturdy parachute material, preferably a double (you won't regret it). Also, if you plan on using it for your own purposes, I'd recommend replacing the typical straps with good rope. I spent $15 at REI on a 50-foot rope, cut it in half, melted the cut ends, and now have much more leeway in setting up the hammock as well as a much sturdier support than the standard loops most hammocks come with.
