Any potheads here?

I smoke weed on a daily basis, and that's something I don't hide. I take a good break every now and then just to stay in control. I'm from a country where weed is looked down upon by the majority (Norway), and have experienced that my honesty have been cockblocking me more than it should. Let me explain:

A lot of my friends smoke just as much as me, but we're very different when it comes to being open about it. Some act like they don't smoke at all, while others carry a bud on their sleeve. Well, the ones who carry it on their sleeve, have always been the ones with most women, but not when talking to girls who kind of are against weed, which makes sense though. What really surprised me was that those who hid it, had no problems hooking up with these women, even though they're not as comfortable around women. The fact that they hid it helped them.

Just to be clear; when I say that they're honest about it, I don't mean that they're bragging about it, or bringing it up. They just don't lie about it, hide it or pretend that they don't smoke when they do.

So, question: Always honest, or hide the ugly truth?
