Get closure. Tell her how you feel, get a clear no from her, and lower contact, and start meeting other girls.

This. Go in telling her how you feel. Rejection only sucks for a few days. Being afraid is a lifelong pain.

You might as well just cut yourself some slack and end the torture.

I had similar situation with my ex. We broke up like 2,5 year ago and stayed in touch for like a year afterwards. She was also very happy to know whats going on in my life. I decided to cut the contant because it was too difficult for me to move on and I could not stop thinking about her. It was difficult at the beginning but after a couple of months I was able to not think about her at all or when I did there were no negative emotions.
If you want to break free from oneitis I suggest to cut the contact. You can just tell her about it. That you are not able to deal with it and its nothing personal but you want to move on.

I don't really know your situation. Maybe its just enough to simply stop talking/writing to her and there is no need to have a conversation like this. In my case i needed to have that talk with my ex because I knew that she would not stop contacting me if I stopped.
On the other hand you can just ask her out and see how it goes. If it will not work out then you can stop contacting her and you will have clear situation and don't have to think "what if" anymore.

And one more thing. You have the rights to ask out anyone you want and that person has rights to say no and it is totally fine! No one should feel bad about this

Fuck it, ask her. She says yes? Boom perfect. She says no? Boom there’s the closure you want, and cut contact.
Both options a lot better than waiting and wishing you knew what is going on inside her head. Just gotta have the “fuck it, let’s try” mentality

Depends on the situation. If you really don’t want to be with her and see what else life has to offer burn that quasi relationship to the ground. Meaning you need to bring up your emotions.
Alternatively and this likely isn’t popular advice but has been quite effective for me. Use game to pull her back in and get together. Takes a lot of strategy and impulse control. It is possible to use game to get a girlfriend back.

Did you have sex when you dated?
How did it end?

Okay. One more question- how old is the girl??

Okay. So it seems your relationship was on very loose standing if she dumped you over that kind of reason.
It’s important to me that a woman I invest my emotions in has my back and this girl doesn’t sound like she has your back. You risk hurt here by feeling the way you do.
Most girls at 18 are sexually active too. It’s alarming that you didn’t bang in a several month period. Did you try?
It sounds like she ended the relationship because she believed you to be sexually incompatible

Go for it. But my advice would be to have some tension behind whatever you do.
Don’t come in as friendly super nice guy. Make it flirty and sexually charged

I’m not sure, I’m new here. Generally what you will want to do is have strong eye contact and focus on touch in a non creepy rapey way. Touching safe areas at high points in convo
