Is this something that I should put a bit more thought into? There are a few cute lifeguards at my buddies pool that have looked me over but I don't want to talk to them when they are in the chair doing there job, because they have to pay attention to swimmers. However I want to talk to them

Would a bit of general talking for a minute be good, then talk to them when they switch out? Or should I just flirt when they're in the chair?
