Everyone here seems to be saying you should make a note to stare at her cleavage, and to make sure she catches you. There is nothing wrong with your eyes drifting down for a peek, and even for her to see it, but this really does not sound like a viable way to go about seducing women. Am I taking crazy pills here?

Here's the correct way of dealing with it:

Just look at her cleavage whenever you want to. Whether she notices or not doesn't really matter. If she mentions it, just smile and address it, that you like what you see. If she doesn't, it doesn't matter.

Dude, you're supposed to just do whatever it is that you want to do - it's called being authentic and genuine.

Stop worrying whether you should or shouldn't look at her cleavage, and for how long, and if she notices you or not - and start worrying about more important things - such as having fun together.

Because right now it seems that you're stuck too much in your head and are overthinking things.

There's absolutely nothing wrong about looking at her cleavage or not looking - it's totally up to you. I had tons of dates where I did and I didn't, depending on the moment - and it had zero effect on the ultimate outcome.

But if you draw too much unnecessary attention to the fact that you're obsessing over her cleavage, and start to act weird - she'll notice and it WILL have a negative effect on how everything turns out. She'll notice that you care about such things and that you don't have your shit together, and won't respect you.
