So I live in London, UK, which is the nation's capital of shitty weather, meaning it is cold and wet and generally pretty depressing; I've been trying to pick up girls on a lunch break around where I work but it seems pretty hard considering how much it rains and nobody wants to stop and chat.

I also notice that more or less all big PUA operate in sunny climates. Do you guys find it harder to pick up girls in climates where it is cold and wet? I am getting really pissed off with the weather ruining my game!
