Not all women that go clubbing want to meet new dudes.

Look for signs that they are. They will usually try to distance themselves a bit from their group (or seem disinterested in their group). If they give you eye contact and show open body language, that's a great sign.

Another way to go about it is to infiltrate the group first. Become part of the group with the innocent intention of having fun and getting to know everyone. Once you get accepted into the group that's when you can begin chatting more with your target.

If you approach a group, and you right away begin hitting on your target before the group has accepted you - you will almost always get shut down.

Don’t go for numbers in the club. They won’t lead anywhere because women in clubs don’t really go there to see a guy again some other day, let alone a guy they only gave their number to.

Either make out and smash, or you won’t see that girl again even if she gives you her number.

i agree with you it seems they are just trying to dance with their friends but then i see other guys pulling left right and centre i dont know what they say to these women
