There is this cute Asian girl in both of my early morning classes that I’ve been eyeing for a while. She’s always on her phone so I thought she would have a boyfriend but figured fuck it I’ll approach anyways. The approach: We took an exam in our first class together then we went to our next class, it’s a workout class. After the class was over we made our way out, she was in front of my a little so I came at her from the side and said “Excuse me, sorry to bother you but what’s your name”. She gave me her name and I followed up by asking her if she had a boyfriend. She said “yeah sorry”. And I told her I had noticed that we had classes together so wanted to take my chances because she was pretty. I told her to take it as a compliment and as I was walking away she goes “wait what’s your name”? And I told her. I asked her how she felt she did on the exam and she told me she just started studying the day before, I responded by teasing her and telling her you barely just started? We laughed and talked and then she unlocked her car. I told her I would see her later and she said “have a good day”. Was the approach good, or was she maybe single and told me she had a boyfriend because I asked her extremely early. I’m a fairly confident person but I’m a little new to this so any advice is good.
