At first I dismissed it as semantics but after a bit this stuck with me. You don't have to be in high self-esteem all the time, that's not possible (doubt is part of being human). The key is to just have faith it will all work out.

This admittedly is where it gets tricky. It takes a bit to figure out how to find your faith, I personally think it lies in self-actualization (just trying to become to become the most badass you that you can be). Part of mine came from working out being a very small, unathletic guy with some hangups about it. It let me feel like I was doing something about one of my biggest insecurities and I felt better even after a few times. I took a class on computer programming at the local community college and started only buying clothes that fit me well. Now when I go up to a girl I have faith that she will probably enjoy talking to me. It's not exactly rational but it pleases my brain and lets me have faith that I'm a likeable guy (possibly hot if the chemistry is right). I just needed to set myself in motion in those ways that meant a lot to me (work on my insecurities?)

Some see me as a 30-year old pizza delivery driver, but I don't mind cause I'm taking the steps to be who I want to be, which allows me to have faith in who I am.
