So i have been struggling with depression for quite a while now. Started spiraling and i guess i got a wake up call so to speak. I've lost a lot of weight. Approximately 50 pounds so i feel pretty different in my skin. Went from a size 16 in jeans down to a size 8. I wear small medium in clothing instead of XL and plus size.
