You should have kissed her before. But no big deal. Just ask her out again to something specific. If that doesn't work ask her over to your place for a movie. If you see her at the party make another make out move. If that doesn't work move on.

Stop worrying about the other guy. It's normal for adults to casually date multiple people at the same time.

Now, it sounds like you're pretty timid, so you probably didn't escalate fast enough. You might have missed your window of opportunity, but there's probably a part of her that's still into you. If you want to salvage things, you have to flip the script and start being bold.

From now on, no more text conversations. If she wants to chat with you, it has to be in person. If she texts you, reply a couple times to be polite and then ask her out on a date. If she says yes, continue the conversation just long enough to make plans and then let it die. If she says no, let the conversation die. Do this every time she texts you until you two actually have another date. If she doesn't want that to happen, she'll eventually get the hint that you're not going to be her pen pal and she'll stop texting.

When you do get the date, escalate kino steadily and quickly. You've already made out a bunch, so it's clear that you both want some action. Ya just gotta go for it. You can't sit around waiting for her to make the moves.

according to that ijjj whatever guy there are two options. I think his ideas are interesting so here they are:

1) continue to send random flirty texts at odd intervals but on a regular basis; do not ask her out until she actually suggests doing something;

2) send no texts at all until a week or so and then say "meet me at X at Y time." Just one random mssg to meet me somewhere.

The two methods cannot really be mixed, since they are at odds with one another.

It sounds like you should at least pursue it a bit; she indicates that she might have interest so keep at it for a little while if she's worth it. I have no idea why you'd throw in the towel at this pt.

Morning after i send her a message that i really liked the night, and that id like to go for a drink with her next week. She texts back that she's really busy and is not going to make it anytime soon, tho she apologise 4 times for not going for a drink with me.

Yes, this all makes sense. Like most girls, she wants you to lead sexually.

As far as what to do now, I would let this one go. Next time you come across this situation, go for the close. I mean, don't get rapey, but you know -- push the envelope.

When she wanted to kiss, you didn't do it. Then a week later when she wanted to fuck, you just wanted to make out.

She gave you a chance, but this other guy is obviously doing what she wants and you're not. I think she's already decided you'll be too much work and moved on.
