A good start would be to stop looking for others to give you reasons to accomplish your goals. You obviously have a goal in mind, achieve it. Go for it, do whatever it is you can. Claw, hustle, grind your way to what you want and do your best at attaining it. If you put it out into the universe and you make a tiny bit of effort, it will come. Believe that, trust yourself and proceed to it. You've made it this far, how come you can't make it a little further? Stop being so hard on yourself and keep progressing. It's all you/anyone can do. Nobody's perfect, everyone fails, everyone wins. Just a matter of time and energy. Remember that.
