By being yourself and confident. Try not to talk too much about yourself and risk giving yoirself away. people will always throw around words in these types of discussion places because they've read it in a pdf they torrented about picking up women from 1995. one trait is not going to get you women. you got to joke around, be interested in them, have some fkin charm, dont shitface drunk yourself, and dress properly and smell good. just saying the word "confindence" is like:

Although your question was way less specific, to put it bluntly, it depends. What kind of book would you rather read? A book about nothing (all fluff no content, just garbage, a book that talks about itself, man this page was from a 300 year old tree, can you believe it), or a book about what you're interested in with graphics and visuals, charts and graphs? That's talkative. Being loud is also annoying, no one likes the guy that screams "wilson" on top of their lungs through the apartment window in the hopes of getting some poon.

If you want to be the loud talkative guy, you better have a reason to be loud (feel free to list some reasons, as I aint got any), and your talk must consist of things that interest the "crowd". Cool, nobody knows what the term cool means. Cool as in, yo yo or cool as in "I'm too cool to dance" or the "cool" type that doesn't get mad easily, relatively unreactive. Quiet will never get you anywhere. There are people out there that just don't want to be there, if they got a ride, they should just leave, not remain "cool and quiet". You gotta be more specific

What girls really like is a guy that is fun. Whether he is loud or reserved, the girls want a guy that provides fun. But it does depend on the girl too. Maybe a quiet guy that takes her out for wine testing, book readings, etc. Or, does she like the crazy party guy to take her out to bars, festivals, concerts, etc?

Best choose what you like, because you'll be stuck doing it or you will lose the girl once she sees you were being fake.
