If you want to ask me out to get ice cream and I tell you that I prefer tea because it's healthy and actually I go to the gym a lot those days

If we continue talking about health and workout I have a stronger frame (and basically we gonna talk about whatever I want) , if we continue to figure out how we will hang out, you have a stronger frame (and if I were a girl you'd have me out on a date)

Frame is simply your worldview/outlook. It's how you believe you relate to yourself, others, and environment. The strength of your frame is your conviction.

If you believe as a man that you're the prize; that your responsible, accomplished, confident, goal-oriented, principled, etc. And someone comes along and shakes you up/ makes you feel insecure with their presence, words, action, expressions. You're frame is weak. If you are unable to be shaken your frame is strong.

With that said a shit test is an attempt to shake up your worldview/ outlook. " Is he as confident as he appears to be? Does he have a genuine attitude of abundance? Does he believe the things he's saying? Let me pretend to be disinterested to see how he reacts."

For the purposes of seduction. Not putting up with her emotional rubbish; which comes in the form of 'shit tests'; everything from her trying to lead the direction of the date, not rising to those tests and trying to ever justify yourself to her.

Some examples from this year for me:

Walking to bar together (turns out its shut down now) Her "Lets go in here" pointing to place we are stood by. Me (Ignores, looks around, thinks about options, shrugs shoulders, go to look at menu on the side of the door) "Yeah lets go in here"

Sit down together: Her "We should share a bottle of wine"

Me: Looking at menu: "Maybe, maybe" waiter comes over I ask him about the beers, doesn't have the ones I like, "Bottle of wine to share, ladies choice"

Her: (Looking at my watch as I'm relaxed on the chair) "We used to sell those on the cruise ship I used to work on... blah blah....Yeah I don't see the point in buying an expensive watch, just a nice cheap one that works ....

Me: Casually glance down at it, "Yeah, I got it out of a christmas cracker I think."

Frame is quite hard to describe in some ways, because I am doing all of this naturally, and it comes to you with experience. I have to reflect on all this usually after the event. Body language voice tonality etc are all equally as important. Women are infinitely more emotionally intelligent that men; so she is always going to instinctually sense the minor fluster/ hesitations in your voice, trying to sense what sort of man you are.

You cannot ever just jump through a woman's hoops.

Its a way of viewing reality.

For example:

If you are approaching a woman, she will have a belief of what is happening and so will you. They will most likely be different beliefs. She will also have views about you, because of what you are doing.

When two people have two frames, the strongest frame wins. You need to stay with your beliefs about yourself instead of buying into hers.

Frame is basically the idea,vibe and message you want to convey in any given interaction. Maintaining frame would be holding true to your beliefs and words no matter what.

If you say your checking me out you think I’m hot. She says no I didn’t say that. You get nervous and stumble over yourself or back down and say oh I guess I read it wrong or something you just broke frame.

You were trying to convey your a confident guy and you know she’s interested she said no I’m not and you panicked and she now knows your not the confident guy you were framing yourself as.

If a girl asks if any guy who’s straight and interested in them if they are confident and strong they will all say yes. Nobody is gonna day I’m insecure and weak lol so women have to test your strength and see if your who your framing yourself as. They don’t often do this logically or consciously either it usually just kinda happens when they like you. I

I’m sure someone else will give more detail but it basically means whoever is wearing the pants in the relationship
