10s require more dates, actual life value, and in general, it is a different game overall. Start by the simple question, do you have a high value male friend? Like an actually successful friend? Start with that before women get into any discussion.

Regardless, both cold approaches and dating apps can work with your description. Living with mom is not a problem until the point of bouncebacks. And in that case, living centrally with mom is better than a solo suburbs appartment.

Real talk bro: your standards are 10/10, but your current offers (living situation, fitness, consistency) sounds a bit off. That mismatch is creating frustration. Keep ur standards if you want, but then raise your own baseline hard in the next 6 to 12 months: physique, photos, social life, style, conversation reps. Don’t chase hacks. Build market value first, then both apps and cold approach get way easier.

You can always rent a beautiful studio for two days to bring a girl over, so don't worry much about living with your mom. Just screen your girls, remove the flakes and be a man. Being a man is often enough to make a girl feel attracted.

In my opinion, if youre getting numbers off of dating apps, then you clearly have a good foundation at least with looks.

I would say, start going out more and try meeting women in real life. Too much BS happens in apps and women get way more likes than men do, so each of those women you are talking to might have 30 guys in their chat.

Im someone who didnt get much likes in the apps, so i kind of gave it up and decided to go out more and talk to people more. DId way better. Probably have made out with women who have swiped left on me.

There is a learning curve to talking to women, but dont look at it as approaching look at it as just meeting new people and making new friends. And if you feel the vibe is headed there then let it get there.
