Shave your head. Just do it. I fretted for years over the thought of it, but I can pull it off. Not only that, but I've found that if you have confidence, it will NOT deter you from getting ass.

Someone, either one of your friends or a girl you're mackin' on, is going to mention it or crack a joke at some point. Be ready to go along with the joke, rub your hand over your head casually, and smile. You'll be fine.

Honestly, losing my hair taught me to not give a fuck and just do what you want.

Also, dress well. It'll help.

Accept reality, shave head, and move on.

I started shaving my head at 18. 'Course, sometimes I wish I had hair...but fuck. It really does NOT matter. Alot of girls prefer a shaven head. REmember that.

I was in the same boat so I feel your pain, I phased in cutting my hair all over shorter and shorter until it was down to a zero. I feel way more confident in myself when I have it shaved that way, but its more to do with having control of the situation than anything else.

Anyway you will eventually realize people don't get a fuck if you're bald or not, its more to do with how comfortable you appear to be in your own body. How can you be more comfortable? Get the rest of your body in shape & dress well.

Don't make a joke of your baldness, would you hear Patrick Stewart or Zidane using a line like that? It's almost as if you're apologizing for being bald, that's entirely the wrong frame to have in your mind.

Also start hitting on the girls you've been avoiding before now, you'll be surprised just how little your hair actually matters

Baseball cap when you can, shave it when you can't. I rotate usually.

Rogaine stopped that shit cold for me. If it didnt, I would probably just shave my head and invest in some fuzzy hats :p

The girls only care about how cool and confident you are. Don't let it phase you and act like normal. A young chick might be a little shocked that you don't have hair, but she isnt going to shut you down over it. Expect shit tests though, acting like it doesn't phase you is the only way to pass

If it's really bad, shave it. Wigs are bullshit. If it's thin, even excessively thin, you can use a concealer to make it look like you've got a full head of hair. Shit actually works, too.

Take a leaf out of Neil Strauss' book like Metro Gnome said, I believe Mystery directly said to him "Balding isn't a choice, but being bald is".
