Don't focus on the jealousy, focus on your underlying issues with relationships and inner-game that lead you to that.

Are you putting girls on pedestals that no human can live up to? Do you think that you need to grab some kind of soulmate or otherwise you'll be alone?

Are you so insecure that you think if a girl has options that she'll leave you?

Figure out the underlying issues and work through them, to find a solution that fits in your life.

Jealousy is a byproduct of poor self-esteem. Deal with your self-esteem issues, and you'll deal with your jealousy issues.

Hey thanks for making this post man. I'm dealing with this and its hurt my game. It keeps me from being as aggressive because to me sex wasn't necessarily what i was after, i really wanted a relationship. Growing up i always believed in all that fairy tale bullshit that Hollywood tries to sell to us. I had become brainwashed by it. As i keep learning the reality of relationships and all that is involved with them its basically destroying my reality. I've always wanted a monogamous relationship and now i'm not sure if that is even possible. I too hate the idea that the girl i'm dating could easily cheat, has banged other guys and all that jazz. I need to come to terms with it, but its hard. I always like the innocent girls and i'm not sure they exist anymore or if they ever really did.

~basically my mind is totally fucked right now and its making pick up harder. I'm thinking about all this shit during the day and i'm too busy stuck in my fucking head. I'm suprised i haven't asked these sort of things to the girl i'm talking to or someshit...

Living in abundance is the key to overcoming jealousy. Start paying attention to all of the awesome things that you have and stop worrying so much about what you might not have. Write down 6 things everyday that you're grateful for. I know this sounds corny but try it for six weeks and see what the results are.

How can you be jealous of a guy who did or will be doing the same thing you did. think about that. "Just be glad you fucked her and move on. After you fucked her there are a lot better looking girls you can do the same thing with, let those other guys do what they want with her." That's how I always think when the thought comes up in my head.
