Walk into the middle of the street..

Take off your shirt..

And yell from the top of your lungs..

"I am the most amazing guy in the entire world". .. as loud as you can..

Some people will look..

Some people will stop..

Some people will shake their head..

Some people will laugh..

Some people will say "Yeah you are"..

Some might even give you a high five..

60 seconds later..

Nobody is stopped..

Nobody is looking at you..

Nobody cares..

Same with doing daygame..

Some may notice.. most won't.

Get over yourself.

Nobody cares.

Don't believe me?

Follow my advice..

I'm serious..

Go do it, and report back.

The bottom line is..

So you get rejected.. who cares?

A little bit of rejection is way better than a lifetime of regret.

The best way to overcome rejection is... getting rejected! Face it! if you daygame long enough it's because you have been rejected enough so then you'll have a confidence of steel. Then and only then, you'll stop getting rejected.

Minimize rejection. Make sure she's interested before you talk to her. Actually talk to her a bit to gauge that interest. Don't rush to asking her out until the vibe reveals itself.

Go somewhere public like a city street. Wait till you see people in a group walking around. As you pass by say, "Hello." To one of them. No more. No less. At first, it is going to feel awful. Weird. Awkward. But the more you do it, the less you will worry about rejection like that.

Note: DO NOT be creepy about it. Speak in a calm tone. Use your body language and your walk to indicate the most you are expecting is a hello back. If a conversation starts, great. If not, don't sweat it.

Rejection is not even a negative experience. I used to have that anxiety too, although I was more concerned with being intrusive and making people uncomfortable. Almost every person I’ve ever said hi to was friendly and open to a conversation. Men and women. We are built for connection. It’s in our nature to talk to people. I think the worst rejection I’ve ever had was two girls giving one word answers and looking like they want me to fuck off. So I said “pleasure meeting you both, enjoy your night” and fucked right off. It was a little awkward while I was talking to them but it was 90 weird seconds followed by a completely normal night otherwise. Just go talk to people.

If you’re really insecure about it, start with older people, then guys your age, then girls you’re not attracted to, then girls you are attracted to. It’s all the same.

Also don’t go straight for the kill bases on looks. Looks aren’t everything, you want to find out a little about her personality, feel out the vibe. I only ask for a number or something if they’re receptive to a friendly conversation. If I approach 10 girls, I might ask for 1-2 numbers.
