So Saturday I had a pretty rough night out. Basically went to a pub with some people I knew, some I didn't. I think it was the partying the 2 nights before but my energy was low and I was feeling awkward and anxious all night, didn't really persue any conversations. Anyway I had some cheeba-cheeba and my brain started going crazy. I broke social dynamics down like crazy. How did this crap start? Is it an evolutionary process, where we created this way? Why can't we simply communicate freely with each other? Our insecurities and misconceptions and limiting beliefs hold us back. How does a relationship unfold? It seemed so contrived and shallow. Like our communications are so shallow when you break it down unless it's the 2-3 really close friends or SO you have. I had a feeling of just abondaning this and saying, what's the use, it's all just BS in the end but I realized that's just my AFC mindset wanting me to go back to what's comfortable.

I think learning "pick up" is part of the process of realizing these things, breaking them down and using them to your advantage while at the same time breaking some of the rules (ie "never talk to strangers"). What's your take?
