Ok, so first of all. It’s very possible that the women you’re with the “shitty dates” with “overweight unattractive feminists” can sense your resentment or lack of attraction to them and that’s a part of what’s fucking up your results.

In terms of the rest, yes being in good shape helps, yes being attractive helps, yes having money helps, and yes social skills of game helps

But all of those can be worked on, so either focus on levelling up, or just completely give up.

Because you’re right. Women don’t settle for guys they don’t see as high quality, so either become that, or accept that you’re destined for failure.

I feel you man I’m high functioning on the spectrum and it’s difficult there’s no denying that but take it from me it’s not impossible, I’m living proof of it. I can’t give you specific advice but I find that working out helps as you look physically attractive and it helps me feel mentally stable. Something I’ve noticed is that my ability to attract and sleep with women at a given time is determined by how mentally stable I feel at that moment so I’d highly recommend working on it

It seems like you need to take a break from dating and find somewhere else to focus your energy. No one wants someone that reeks of desperation, why are you spending so much time and money on women you find repulsive ? That is nonsensical.
