Overthinking it. For me, I have usually booked up other dates on Fridays and Saturdays... so leaving Sunday nights open for first dates is fine.

Any day is a good day for dates, provided you have the logistics and timings to your advantage.

If really depends on how busy both of you are.

I setup dates only on Fridays and Saturdays because I am busy with work other days.

What is the date plan? How old is the girl? A coffee date with a girl who is off on Sunday and probably wasn't out partying the night before? Sure. It really depends. Days are a lot less important now with the end of the conventional work week most places. My Saturday is Monday so it really kind of depends. Problems you're likely to run into. Out partying Saturday night, places closed on Sunday, work the next day if they work conventional work weeks so Sunday may be their day to get stuff ready.
