If you're talking about women with emotional issues (e.g. strippers), then you focus on the body sensations and the visualisation. She'll just use you for conversation and "quality friend time"...and she'll use you as an emotional pillow. If you want what you want, be more direct but don't force it. It depends, but in general, if she has daddy issues, she'll be very volatile but you have to stay firm.
