You’ll have to get more comfortable/adept at explaining what “the right way” is to others, otherwise you’ll depend on paying $$$ for someone with the experience to work it out of you over multiple sessions (I imagine, I’ve only read about experiences).
Work the conversation topics into your flirting routine and you might get a bite that way.
I’d second that your chances are better with bisexual women.
Also women into contact sports, perhaps performing arts.
A lot of people in general have never physically/psychologically overpowered someone in any context and aren’t comfortable with it at all.
