It does focus on the fundamentals and it doesn’t focus on tiny things, being fun and not taking things too seriously or taking things personally are very big important things, the mystery method focuses on being a sociable person first , he just uses lot of psychology and for people like who me who society and their environment has failed them he shows how to rebuild social skills that some people inherits naturally, he doesn’t promote putting a performance he promotes becoming sociable, i personally dont see what isn’t fun about being sociable and being fun to be around, are you sure you read about it? 90% of humans want things that they work for , what he uses is psychology that works on people in general thats how our brain works

No it doesn’t, almost every time I’ve seen someone who uses it they are not doing the fundamentals enough and are fixated on dumb party tricks. He glosses over extremely important things and then brings up a bunch of minor things that barely make a difference.

Feel free to keep using it, but there is a reason it’s not popular in the community anymore and even instructors who are fans of it don’t recommend it anymore.

Bro have you read the book ?, it feels like you don’t know anything about his method, he sees is as a performance, as in doing a magic or a comedy show, not as in faking it,and a routine is simply preparing opener or stuff you can do for entertainment purposes, you know to be fun! doesn’t gloss over any important things, all i have seen is claims and nothing to back it up, « the community » doesn’t like it because he goes into too much details or i guess maybe because he calls them out on their bs, i fail so hard to see how lol not easily showing interest in a girl or giving her attention for free or trying to make her feel comfortable or telling you not to use girls for sex is « harmful » in any sense of the word

That is literally a performance. If you are preparing lines in advance, you are performing. That is the problem, you aren’t learning how to be a naturally fun person, you are creating an act.

The mystery method is harmful because you are creating a false persona to attract women, making success you get from it inherently unsatisfying.
In addition, you are repelling women who would naturally like you and instead attracting women who like your act. This is why Mystery has never had a relationship that lasts longer than 6 months.
It also promotes strategies like negging which attract insecure and unstable girls.
