Well a woman who agreed to go on a date with you, do like you and is attracted to you.
So she will expect you to make a move on her. If she doesn't want to then she will tell you to stop.
In any relationship the communication is the key.
Besides you shouldn't be afraid to ask her, any nice girl will appriciate you much more for asking and talking about sexual things before hand.
IMO any woman should appreciate the man she is with, as he is.

You can always get better, the important thing is to take care of yourself (physical and mental health) and then just meet new people. It doesn't matter if you are a sex god or a virgin, what matter is you are curious, playful and always open to learn new things.

I've had similar experiences and I know what it's like. It took me some time to actually get comfortable. The main difference was just having my own place. That's key.

I don't necessarily get completely sexual until she's in my bedroom, so as far as kissing and other forms of foreplay there's really no limits to that. It's like riding a bike; it becomes intuitive. If you get her going by kissing her, etc. you need to eventually advance to your place or hers, just by suggesting to do so. She may not be ready for that, but it's actually worse to just sit with her and suck face without the thought of what to do next. She'll appreciate it.
