Dude I’m 24, body count is 3, and I’m now engaged. I don’t feel bad at all. I could have easily hooked up with more, but in this day and age tbh it means more to NOT sleep with every girl that shows interest. And you don’t need to have a high body count to be happy. It literally changes nothing. My fiancé knew guys who’d slept with 50+ girls and SUCKED at sex. Meanwhile I come along with 2 girls under my belt and outperformed any guy she’d slept with. Would you include prostitutes in one’s body count? Because if not, my bodycount would be 0. I am in my early 20s and this makes sad sometimes too. I also tend to look at other people and their relationships. My 2 best friends from my homecountry have girlfriends and things go very well in their relationships. Although I am happy that they are happy, I can’t help but envy them sometimes. Only thing keeping me a bit afloat is that I have all the time for myself and don’t yet spend money on a girl, but I would love that for myself too since I never had a girlfriend.

I'm a 32m and my body count is 31. From my experience I'd say it's not about the amount of people you hookup with, what matters is finding someone who can satisfy your needs and sometimes even go beyond that. I've been with some amazing women and some that are not so great in the bedroom. It's the women that blew my mind that I miss not the other ones. I hope that makes sense and helps a little bit.
